We’ve had alot of questions regarding the 12hour flight to Europe so we created an FAQ. We handle everything from pet paperwork and vet visits to the entire trip planning and booking so you’ll have a stress free holiday.

Q: Will my pet be with me throughout the flight?
A: yes, for pets in cabin (under 7kg), your pet will be in a soft carrier under the seat in front of you.

Q: doesn’t that take up my legroom?
A: we choose specific seats that allow you to put the bag adjacent to your seat so it won’t affect your leg room too much

Q: my pet can’t usually stay in their carrier for long, I don’t know if they can make the trip.
A: we purposely book night flights so that the pet are used to sleeping when the lights are off during that time. We also recommend tiring your pet out on the day of the flight with long walks etc and keeping them busy so they don’t nap

Q: what if my pet needs to pee during the flight?
A: some people choose to wear diapers for their pet and you can do that as long as you check periodically and change the diaper as per necessary. For pee pad trained pets, you may bring the bag to the toilet and take your pet into the toilet with the pee pad. Lay it on the floor and give your pet some time.
